About VL SAT

I am a Networking Technologist and a master's student in Computer Science at UFRGS, with a career built on the foundation of IT infrastructure and deepened through academic research.

My journey combines hands-on experience with data centers and servers with the strategic perspective of someone who is always studying the next step in technology. My focus is to ensure that the technological environment is robust enough to support innovation. I have extensive experience with virtualization, environment monitoring (Windows and Linux), and resource optimization.

I especially enjoy working at the intersection of infrastructure stability and data intelligence. Information security is a central pillar of my work — and an area where I am rigorous. I have knowledge in applying essential frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, and the ISO 27000 family, as well as LGPD-related standards.

Whether acting as a manager, consultant, or professor, my goal is to develop proactive strategies that mitigate risks and shield operations, allowing development to move forward without barriers. My values are guided by continuous improvement and education. I believe technology should serve to optimize costs and create efficiency. I seek to deliver solutions that not only solve the immediate problem, but also leave a legacy of organization and security for the company.

Outside work, my family is my absolute foundation. Playing with my children and keeping the habit of reading is how I recharge and find balance. I also enjoy sports, especially running and weight training — even if the routine does not always allow the ideal frequency, the pursuit of movement and health is something I carry with me. In the end, that personal stability is what supports me in building secure solutions professionally.
